Are MICHAEL M products insured when shipped?
All items shipped are FULLY INSURED during transit; therefore, all shipments will require a signature at the time of delivery. No exceptions can be made. Please note that additional charges may accrue if additional delivery attempts are made. How can I find out if an item sold online is available at my local store?
When viewing a product on online, you can click “Store Locator” and input your location to search for your closest MICHAEL M retail partner.
