Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Currently, we only accept orders for delivery to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia via FedEx. Should you wish to select Overnight or 2-Day Shipping, the updated shipping price will be shown during checkout prior to submitting your order. Please note that items in stock will ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders will ship within 2-3 weeks. At the time of checkout, please note the shipping timeline quoted on your Order Confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside the United States.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

All items shipped are FULLY INSURED during transit; therefore, all shipments will require a signature at the time of delivery. No exceptions can be made. Please note that additional charges may accrue if additional delivery attempts are made.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship online orders to APO, FPO, DPO, and PO Boxes.

IN-STORE PICK UP

At this time, items ordered on our website can only be shipped to the address you designate at checkout.

All items ordered directly on our website are processed by MICHAEL M Inc., and cannot be shipped to an Authorized Retail Partner.

PACKAGING

All MICHAEL M creations will arrive in a MICHAEL M box or jewelry bag. If marked during checkout, a gift message will also arrive with your order.

PERSONALIZED GIFT MESSAGE

During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a gift message for each order. Please include your message in checkout. The gift message will arrive with your order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)

RETURN POLICY
We hope you’ll love your MICHAEL M creation, but if you’re considering a return, please note that your online purchase from www.michaelmcollection.com may be returned for full credit consideration within (15) calendar days from the date that you received your order. Returns are only available for stock sizes only. 
All custom-made, altered or engraved pieces is final sale. No refunds or exchanges allowed.

Kindly note that your return will only be accepted if it is in a new and unused condition with original packaging--including any tags, boxes, bags--with absolutely no signs of wear. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear and tear.

All items purchased on our website must be returned by following our online Return Policy and cannot be returned to an Authorized Retail Partner or any other channel.

After (15) calendar days from receipt, items are no longer eligible for return but are eligible for exchange within (30) calendar days from receipt. Please see below for more information. After (30) calendar days, all sales are considered final.

Items will be returned to sender if there is any visible wear and tear, and will not be eligible for return, partial credit or exchange.

Should you wish to return your MICHAEL M creation, please email your Return Request with your Order Confirmation and item you’d like to return to our Customer Excellence Team: customer@michaelm.com.

You will receive an email within (1-2) business days after submitting your Return Request from our Customer Excellence team, which will include (1) a Return Authorization (RA) Form, (2) a FedEx Return Shipping Label, and (3) Instructions about what must be included with your return shipment.

The Return Authorization Form that you will receive from MICHAEL M contains your Personal Return Information. You must include this form inside the return shipment package so that we can accurately process and credit your return in a timely manner.

The form also includes your “Return Authorization Number" (RA). Please note that all packages received MUST have your unique Return Authorization Number clearly listed on the outside of the package. If it is NOT visible, the package will be refused and returned to the sender, and your return will not be accepted. If you do not have a Return Authorization Number, please email us at customer@michaelm.com.

You will need to ship your package within (5) calendar days from the date that you received your Return Authorization Form to be considered for a return. Items received after this date may not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be evaluated to ensure that the item is in original condition. If there is any visible wear and tear, or if the jewelry is otherwise not in original condition, the item(s) will be returned to sender, and no return credit will be offered.

If the return is accepted, MICHAEL M will send you a confirmation email regarding your return, and will issue a refund to your method of payment for the price of the item within (30) days. Please note that any shipping and insurance expenses (if applicable) will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES
If you’re considering an exchange for a different piece, different size, or different variation, color or design, please note that your online purchase from www.michaelmcollection.com will be eligible for exchange consideration within (30) calendar days from the date that you received your order.

Kindly note that your purchase will only be accepted for exchange by MICHAEL M if it is in original unused condition with original packaging and absolutely no signs of wear.

From the point you submit your Exchange Request, you will receive an email within (1-2) business days from the MICHAEL M Customer Excellence Team, which will include (1) a Return Authorization (RA) Form, (2) a FedEx Return Shipping Label, and (3) Instructions about what must be included with the return package.

You will need to ship your package within (5) calendar days from the date that you received your Return Authorization Form in order for it to be considered for exchange. Anything received after this date may not be accepted and will be at the discretion of MICHAEL M.

The Return Authorization Form contains your exchange information and must be included inside the return shipment package. It also includes your “Return Authorization Number” (RA). Please note that all packages MUST have your unique Return Authorization number clearly listed on the outside of the package. If it is NOT visible, the package will be refused and returned to you, the sender, and your exchange will not be accepted.

Once we’ve received your item for exchange consideration, it will be evaluated to ensure that the item is in original condition. If there is any visible signs of wear and tear, or if the jewelry is otherwise not in perfect condition, item(s) will be returned to sender and no return credit will be offered.

If the exchange is accepted, MICHAEL M will send you a confirmation email.

Exchanges for alternate sizes/colors are not guaranteed to be in stock and may require an additional wait time of 2-4 weeks.
