SHIPPING OPTIONS

MICHAEL M currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia via FedEx.

Overnight and 2-Day Shipping options may be available at checkout. Any additional shipping charges will be displayed before your order is submitted.

Please note:

• In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
• Custom orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks.
• Please refer to the shipping timeline provided in your Order Confirmation for the most accurate estimate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, MICHAEL M does not ship outside of the United States.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

All MICHAEL M shipments are fully insured while in transit and require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions can be made.

Please note that additional charges may apply if multiple delivery attempts are required.

We are unable to ship online orders to APO, FPO, DPO, or PO Box addresses.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Online orders can be shipped to the address provided during checkout or, upon request, may be picked up at our Beverly Hills location.

All online orders are processed directly by MICHAEL M Inc. and cannot be shipped to a MICHAEL M Authorized Retail Partner for pickup.

PACKAGING

All MICHAEL M creations arrive in MICHAEL M packaging, including a jewelry box or jewelry bag.

If a gift message is added during checkout, it will be included with your order.

PERSONALIZED GIFT MESSAGE

During checkout, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message with your order. Simply enter your message in the designated field, and it will arrive with your shipment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Online Orders Only

MICHAEL M offers complimentary return and exchange shipping for eligible online orders.

Return Policy

We hope you love your MICHAEL M creation. If you would like to make a return, please review the following:

• Eligibility: Online purchases made through www.michaelm.com may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, including tags, boxes, and bags, and must show no signs of wear, scratches, blemishes, sizing, alterations, or damage.
• Exclusions: Custom-made, altered, or engraved pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Complimentary Return Shipping: MICHAEL M will provide a complimentary FedEx return shipping label for eligible returns.

Return Process:

1. Email your return request to our Customer Excellence Team at [email protected]. Please include your order confirmation and the item you wish to return.
2. Within 1–2 business days, you will receive:
   • A Return Authorization (RA) Number
   • A complimentary FedEx return shipping label
   • Instructions for your return shipment
3. Clearly write your RA Number on the outside of the package. Packages without a visible RA Number may be refused and returned to the sender.
4. Ship your package within 5 calendar days of receiving your return authorization. Items received after this period may not be accepted.
5. Drop off your return at the nearest FedEx location or schedule a home pickup by calling 1.800.463.3339.

Evaluation: Once your return is received, the item will be inspected to confirm that it is in its original condition. If there are visible signs of wear, damage, sizing, alteration, or if the jewelry is otherwise not in its original condition, the item may be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued.

Refunds: Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional processing time depending on your card issuer or financial institution. Original expedited shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your online purchase, please review the following:

• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and show no signs of wear, scratches, blemishes, sizing, alterations, or damage.
• Exclusions: Custom-made, altered, or engraved pieces are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
• Complimentary Exchange Shipping: MICHAEL M provides complimentary shipping for eligible exchanges, including the return shipment of your original item and shipment of your approved replacement item.

Exchange Process:

   • Your reason for the exchange
   • Your order confirmation
   • The item and style number you wish to exchange
2. Within 1–2 business days, you will receive:
   • A Return Authorization (RA) Form and Number
   • A complimentary FedEx return shipping label
   • Instructions for your return shipment
3. Include the RA Form inside your package and clearly write your RA Number on the outside. Packages without a visible RA Number may be refused and returned to the sender.
4. Ship your package within 5 calendar days of receiving your RA Form. Items received after this period may not be accepted.

Evaluation: Once your item is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it is in its original condition. If there are visible signs of wear, damage, sizing, alteration, or if the jewelry is otherwise not in its original condition, the item may be returned to the sender and no exchange credit will be issued.

Processing: Once your exchange has been approved, MICHAEL M will send you a confirmation email. Exchanges for alternate sizes, styles, or colors are subject to availability and may require an additional 2–4 weeks for processing or production.
