Return Policy

We hope you love your MICHAEL M creation. If you're considering a return, please note the following:

• Eligibility: Online purchases from www.michaelmcollection.com may be returned for full credit within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.

• Condition: Returns are accepted only for stock-sized items in new and unused condition, with original packaging - including tags, boxes, and bags - and no signs of wear, scratches, blemishes, sizing, or alterations.

• Exclusions: Custom-made, altered, or engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Return Process:
  

1. Email your return request, including your order confirmation and the item you wish to return, to our Customer Excellence Team at [email protected].

2. Within 1–2 business days, you'll receive:

• A Return Authorization (RA) Number

• A FedEx Return Shipping Label

• Instructions for your return shipment

3. Clearly write your RA Number on the outside of the package. Packages without a visible RA Number will be refused and returned to the sender.
   Ship your package within 5 calendar days of receiving your RA Form. Items received after this period may not be accepted.
   Drop off your return at the nearest FedEx location or schedule a home pickup by calling +1.800.463.3339. Returns shipped using the provided label are complimentary.

• Evaluation: Once we receive your item for return consideration, it will be evaluated to ensure that the item is in original condition. If there are any visible signs of wear and tear, or if the jewelry is otherwise not in perfect condition, the item(s) will be returned to the sender, and no return credit will be offered.
  Refunds: Upon receipt and approval, refunds will be processed within approximately 7–10 business days to the original form of payment. Shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange your online purchase:

• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.

• Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and no signs of wear or alterations.

• Exclusions: Custom-made, altered, or engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

• Exchange Process:

1. Email our Customer Excellence Team at [email protected] with:

• Your reason for exchange

• Order confirmation

• Item and style number you wish to exchange

2. Within 1–2 business days, you'll receive:

• A Return Authorization (RA) Form

• A FedEx Return Shipping Label

• Instructions for your return shipment

3. Include the RA Form inside your package and write your RA Number clearly on the outside. Packages without a visible RA Number will be refused and returned to the sender.

4. Ship your package within 5 calendar days of receiving your RA Form. Items received after this period may not be accepted.

• Evaluation: Once we receive your item for exchange consideration, it will be evaluated to ensure that the item is in original condition. If there are any visible signs of wear and tear, or if the jewelry is otherwise not in perfect condition, the item(s) will be returned to the sender, and no exchange credit will be offered.

• Processing: If the exchange is accepted, MICHAEL M will send you a confirmation email. Please note that exchanges for alternate sizes or colors are subject to availability and may require an additional wait time of 2–4 weeks.
